We're working with a well-respected, mission-driven community health center in Charlotte that is looking to welcome an experienced Registered Nurse to their growing team. If you're passionate about making healthcare more accessible and building long-term relationships with patients across all ages, this role offers exactly that-plus a schedule that supports better work-life balance.
Make a lasting impact in underserved communities. Consistent weekday schedule. Team-oriented environment with strong clinical leadership. Mix of primary care, chronic disease management, and health education.
MondayThursday: 10-hour shifts Friday: 8 AM1 PM Just 12 Saturdays per month (with a comp day provided!)
Deliver holistic, patient-centered care from pediatrics to adults. Collaborate closely with providers to support care plans and continuity. Administer medications, monitor vitals, and respond to changes in condition. Educate patients and families on preventive care and chronic disease management. Keep documentation up to date using EMR.
Active North Carolina RN license (or compact eligibility). BLS/CPR certification. 2+ years of RN experience, ideally in community health, FQHC, family medicine, outpatient, primary care, or urgent care. Strong communication skills and a calm, professional presence. Comfort working with diverse patient populations.
