Job Summary: Join our compassionate healthcare team as a PCA (Personal Care Assistant), CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), or HHA (Home Health Aide), where your dedication will make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals needing support with daily activities and medical care. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide personalized, respectful, and professional care in various settings, including assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and private homes. You will play a vital part in promoting independence, dignity, and well-being for those you serve while working within a supportive and dynamic environment. All positions are paid, recognizing the value of your essential contributions to patient care.

Schedule: Monday- Saturday 9am-4pm Female client

Duties:

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary.
• Monitor patient health by observing vital signs, reporting changes, and maintaining accurate medical documentation within MYEVV.
• Support medication reminders following proper protocols and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy.
• Provide specialized care for individuals.
• Managing patients with disabilities or developmental challenges.
• Prepare nutritious meals, assist with feeding when needed, and maintain cleanliness by performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and general cleaning to ensure a safe environment.
• Document all patient interactions thoroughly on MYEVV.

Requirements

• Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health environments is highly preferred.
• Patient observation techniques, and caregiving best practices.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities or chronic conditions such as dementia or Alzheimer's disease.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with a compassionate approach to patient care.
