Exciting Opportunity for ER Registered Nurses!

Job Description:


- Join a dynamic team in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting!
- Shifts: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)
- First-timers accepted with 3-5 years of ER experience
- Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of ER experience
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH, PALS
- Responsibilities:
- Manage arterial lines, BiPAP/CPAP, and blood product administration
- Care for ventilated patients and perform central line management
- Handle continuous IV sedation and interpret Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs)
- Provide care for patients with CVA, gunshot wounds, and head injuries
- Start and maintain IVs, and perform procedural sedation monitoring
- Patient Care:
- Age groups: Neonates, Adolescents, Infants, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics
- Work with diverse patient diagnoses and special procedures
- Scheduling:
- 4 patients per nurse during days and nights
- Weekend shifts may be required based on department needs
- Pre-Approved Time Off:
- Must be included at the time of submission
- Orientation:
- 24 hours of orientation with EPIC training (approximately 8 hours)
- Compliance:
- CA License IN HAND required
- Attach Nursys in submission (pulled within 2 weeks)
- 1 reference required (within 2 years)
- Additional Information:
- Locals accepted with lower bill rates - contact your Account Manager for details
- Candidates will float within the hospital based on census needs
