Blue United Sourcing is placing an Occupational Therapist (OT) at a hospital in Torrington for a 13-week contract in a unique 50/50 inpatient and outpatient split setting. This is a clinically diverse opportunity one day you are working with inpatient acute cases, the next you are seeing outpatient rehab. It keeps the work interesting and your skills sharp.
The target start date is 3/16/2026 we are moving quickly on this one, but are flexible for the right candidate. Do not let the start date hold you back from reaching out.
$55-$60/hr, DOE
$5,000 completion bonus upon finishing the 13-week contract

36 hours/week | Full-Time
8:00 AM 5:00 PM | 1-hour lunch break
Hospital setting | 50% Inpatient / 50% Outpatient | Travel Contract
Active Compact or WY OT license required (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Hospital, inpatient, or outpatient experience preferred
Comfortable working across both inpatient and outpatient caseloads
Strong clinical and documentation skills
