• Location: West Plains, Missouri
• Start Date: Flexible
• Duration: Full-Time Position
• Schedule: Primarily 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM with occasional night coverage; APP coverage is 12 hours daily Monday-Friday and 13 hours daily Saturday-Sunday
• Setting: Emergency Department with approximately 27,000 annual patient visits
• Physician Coverage: 30-36 hours dailyCompensation & Benefits

    • Provide high-quality emergency medical care to patients in a busy Emergency Department
    • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries
    • Perform emergency procedures within the APP scope of practice
    • Collaborate closely with Emergency Medicine physicians, nursing staff, and hospital personnel
    • Support efficient patient flow and continuity of care while maintaining quality and safety standardsRequirements
      • Board Certified Emergency Medicine Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
      • Minimum of one (1) year of post-graduate Emergency Medicine practice experience
      • Active ACLS certification
      • Active BLS certification
      • Active PALS certification
      • Eligible for Missouri licensure and hospital credentialing
