About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Growth & Web Developer who can help build and optimize SuiteFit's digital growth engine.

This is a hybrid role combining web development and digital growth . You will work on SuiteFit's website while also helping drive traffic, generate leads, improve conversions, and build scalable marketing systems.

We are looking for someone who doesn't just make recommendations, but can identify opportunities, build solutions, launch experiments, measure results, and continuously improve them.

You do not need to be an expert in every area. We are looking for someone with strong capabilities across both technology and marketing who is excited to learn and take ownership.

What You'll Work On

Website & Development

• Build, maintain, and improve SuiteFit's website and landing pages
• Implement new website features and functionality
• Improve website performance, responsiveness, and usability
• Develop landing pages for different audiences and marketing campaigns
• Integrate forms, analytics, CRM, and marketing tools
• Make ongoing website improvements based on business and user needs
• Work with existing developers when larger technical projects are required
  

UI/UX

• Improve website UI/UX and user flows
• Create landing pages around specific audiences and conversion goals
• Optimize calls-to-action, forms, navigation, and signup flows
• Identify friction points and improve the user experience
• Turn business and marketing ideas into practical website experiences
  

Growth & Conversion

• Analyze how visitors interact with the website
• Improve conversion from visitor ? lead ? meeting ? customer
• Develop and test new landing pages and growth experiments
• Track key website and conversion metrics
• Identify opportunities to increase organic and inbound traffic
• Continuously test new approaches to generate qualified leads
  

SEO

• Improve on-page and technical SEO
• Optimize website structure, metadata, URLs, and content
• Conduct keyword research
• Identify opportunities to increase organic search traffic
• Help build SuiteFit's long-term search presence
• Monitor SEO performance and make data-driven improvements
  

Outreach & Marketing Automation

• Set up and optimize cold outreach email systems
• Build automated email sequences and lead-nurturing workflows
• Improve lead-generation processes
• Connect website leads with CRM and marketing tools
• Test messaging, targeting, and follow-up sequences
• Support other digital marketing initiatives as SuiteFit grows
  

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a builder , not just a strategist.

The ideal candidate has meaningful experience in both web development and digital marketing/growth

You do not need to be an expert in every area above. However, you should be able to independently handle a significant portion of the work and be willing to learn the rest.

You may be a great fit if you have experience with:

• Web development
• HTML/CSS/JavaScript or modern web frameworks
• WordPress, Webflow, Framer, or similar platforms
• UI/UX design
• SEO
• Google Analytics / Google Search Console
• Email marketing and automation
• CRM and marketing automation tools

Equity

This is an equity-only position , similar to our current sales team structure.

We are building SuiteFit together as an early-stage startup, and equity participation is intended for people who want to contribute to the company's long-term growth and participate in the value they help create.

Flexible Commitment

Approximately 8 hours per week

You can continue working your current full-time job or other commitments while contributing to SuiteFit.

Where We Are Going

SuiteFit is currently in the early stages of commercial expansion, with a growing network of multifamily property partnerships and personal trainers.

Our goal is to establish a strong foundation of property partnerships and prepare for our first institutional Seed Round in Spring 2027

This is an opportunity to join SuiteFit at an early stage and help build the digital systems, marketing infrastructure, and growth engine that will support the company's next phase.
