Responsibilities for this Role:

• Deliver comprehensive medical care to individuals and families, spanning all ages from children to seniors.

Educational Qualifications:

• MD or DO from a recognized medical institution.
• Completion of a Family Medicine residency accredited by the appropriate bodies.

Licensing and Certification:

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligibility for an active medical license in Oklahoma (or currently possess one).
• BLS and ACLS certifications, preferred.
