Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff members in a professional and courteous manner

• Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and respond to patient requests in a timely and efficient manner

• Manage the front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, checking in/out patients, and processing patient information

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient charts, scheduling calendars, and administrative reports

• Provide administrative support to the healthcare team, including preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and staff members

• Demonstrate a commitment to delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized reception area

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (EMRs)

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
