- Consistently implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
- Host at least two open houses each month
- Transform prospecting efforts and lead generation activities into scheduled client meetings
- Engage in weekly script rehearsals following team guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and events as outlined by team standards
- Dedicate time weekly to individual coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Assist buyers throughout the purchasing process, secure signed buyer agreements, and facilitate home selection
- Prepare and negotiate purchase offers on clients' behalf
- Maintain detailed records of all activities and client information using PLACE Technology
- Driven sales expert with a competitive mindset
- Proven ability to cultivate relationships, understand client needs, and deliver tailored solutions
- Proficient in generating leads and conducting prospecting efforts
- Confident in handling and resolving objections
- Articulate and persuasive communicator committed to exceptional client service
- Collaborative and dependable team contributor
- Possesses a current real estate license
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities
- Committed to continuous learning and professional growth
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
- Open to learning and implementing scripts and communication techniques

- Previous real estate experience is a plus
