Principal Platform Software Engineer

Our team’s primary product: an AI harness that helps GIU partners build, integrate, and deliver AI- powered application experiences. The platform provides reusable tooling, services, and patterns that make AI adoption easier while supporting enterprise expectations for quality, reliability, security, and maintainability. As a Principal Platform Software Engineer, you will play a major role in designing and implementing Nitro’s core platform capabilities. You will work closely with architects, product leaders, and partner engineering teams to turn AI application needs into practical, production-ready platform features. This role requires strong platform engineering experience, sound technical judgment, and hands-on familiarity with modern AI and LLM application patterns. You will contribute to architecture, lead implementation of complex features, mentor engineers, and help establish reusable standards for building AI-enabled applications across GIU. The ideal candidate is a strong technical owner who can operate independently, collaborate across teams, and balance rapid AI innovation with durable engineering practices. #J-18808-Ljbffr
