• Day Shift 8am-5pm

What’s a typical day as a Manufacturing Manager? You’ll be:

• Managing and coordinating all aspects of manufacturing and production, including personnel oversight.
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness while maintaining high standards.
• Overseeing procurement for all manufacturing supplies, tooling, and MRO.
• Ensuring all production meets established quality and on-time performance goals.
• Collaborating with Quality Assurance for preventative and corrective actions and new process development.
• Tracking and reporting shop labor efficiencies, managing asset utilization, and monitoring production schedules.
• Directing equipment maintenance programs and supporting safety meetings and guidelines.
• Providing team leadership, training, and development, attending staff meetings, and contributing to departmental measurements.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have an Associate’s degree or higher (preferred) and 5+ years’ experience in machined component manufacturing.
• Have at least 2 years’ supervisory or management experience in a medium to large machine shop.
• Are motivated, ambitious, and collaborative—with sharp attention to detail and a focus on quality and safety.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, and use Microsoft Outlook and Excel confidently.
• Possess expertise in FANUC and MAZATROL controls, MasterCAM programming (preferred), and G-code troubleshooting.
• Are familiar with Lean manufacturing concepts.
• Show excellent organizational, conceptual, and time management skills, with proven ability for multi-tasking and problem-solving.
• Are physically able to use overhead cranes and perform required lifting.
