GSE Powered Technician (A3, 3rd shift)

Key responsibilities Safety‑first approach to conducting work. Use a full complement of personal hand tools and furnish hand tools up to 1/2” drive. Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on assigned equipment and components. Apply excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. Utilize hand tools, electrical testing equipment, and computers to diagnose and repair equipment. Operate a variety of equipment required for job function. Wear applicable personal protective equipment and follow lockout/tag-out program regulations. Show detail‑orientation, be a self‑starter with a positive attitude. Report to work regularly and complete scheduled tasks consistently. Interact with a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). Key qualifications Valid driver’s license. Knowledge of service and repair of diesel‑powered equipment. Knowledge of service and repair of mobile HVAC systems. Knowledge of service and repair of complex hydraulic systems. Knowledge of service and repair of electrical systems. Ability to weld. Proficiency in reading and comprehending electrical and hydraulic schematics. Ability to work well individually and in a team setting. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). General knowledge of Microsoft Office. Physical requirements Ability to lift up to 70 lbs regularly. Ability to climb stairs and ladders frequently. Ability to work at heights. Ability to work in hot and cold environments, including inclement weather. Ability to stand for long durations.
