Survey Project Manager – Virginia Beach, VA A well-established engineering and land surveying firm is seeking an experienced Survey Project Manager to lead a variety of boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, construction, and utility surveying projects throughout the Hampton Roads region. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to manage projects, mentor teams, and build lasting client relationships. Responsibilities: Manage survey projects from proposal through final delivery Oversee field crews and office staff Review boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and construction surveys Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and client communications Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards Support business development and maintain strong client relationships Qualifications: 5+ years of land surveying experience with project management responsibilities Virginia Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license preferred or ability to obtain through reciprocity Strong knowledge of boundary, topographic, construction, and ALTA/NSPS surveying Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills What We Offer: Competitive salary ($110,000–$145,000+ based on experience) Performance bonuses 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and holidays Professional development and advancement opportunities Stable backlog of diverse projects Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder. #J-18808-Ljbffr
