Chief of Staff

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, founder-led direct-to-consumer brand to hire a Chief of Staf f in New York City. This is a highly cross-functional role working directly with a Co-Founder to help drive execution across operations, supply chain, growth, marketing, sales, customer experience, product development, and other key areas of the business. The ideal candidate is highly proactive, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities move quickly. This person will be expected to stay close to multiple workstreams, anticipate next steps, remove bottlenecks, and ensure key initiatives keep moving without requiring constant direction. What you’ll do: Partner directly with the founder across high-priority company initiatives Manage multiple cross-functional workstreams and drive accountability Identify operational gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement Work across internal teams, agencies, vendors, and external partners Solve unfamiliar problems independently and recommend practical solutions Balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution Help build stronger systems and processes as the company scales What we’re looking for: 3–8 years of experience in Chief of Staff, operations, consulting, or a related role Prior Chief of Staff experience strongly preferred Consulting experience is a plus Strong project management and operational instincts Highly resourceful, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Motivated by building, scaling, and getting things done There is significant long-term growth potential for the right person, with the opportunity to evolve into a broader senior operating leadership role as the business scales. #J-18808-Ljbffr
