Licensed Electrical Engineer IV

Leading the engineering design and execution of utility-scale BESS projects, the full-time Licensed Electrical Engineer IV will manage project development from conceptualization to commissioning, ensuring compliance with industry standards while working remotely or onsite as needed. Key responsibilities Lead engineering design and execution of BESS projects, overseeing all phases from development to construction Review and stamp electrical design packages, ensuring quality and compliance with applicable codes and standards Serve as the technical lead, providing guidance and mentorship to engineering teams and managing project scope, schedules, and budgets Required qualifications Professional Engineer (PE) license in the United States 8+ years of experience in BESS, renewable energy, or power systems engineering Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's Degree preferred Demonstrated experience as a lead engineer on utility-scale BESS projects Strong knowledge of industry codes, standards, and power system analysis software
