Day shift: 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with a minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. The ideal candidate must possess a valid Ohio or compact state nursing license and hold current BLS and ACLS certifications. With a focus on providing quality care in a high-pressure environment, you will be responsible for monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans and health management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Active Ohio nursing license or Compact State License.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for.
