Location: Phoenix, AZ
Job Type: Per Diem (PRN)
Schedule:

• 5 days of coverage plus training
• 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill and dispense prescriptions as prescribed by providers, ensuring patient allergies are verified before dispensing.
• Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints following organizational policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient experience.

Qualifications:

• Current, active Pharmacist license in the state of Arizona is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent retail pharmacy experience.
• Familiarity with Pioneer Rx system is an advantage.
