Masimo, a Danaher operating company, seeks an Engineer II to develop and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for complex medical device systems. This on-site role in Irvine, California involves building reusable automation components, collaborating with development teams, and improving test efficiency across distributed platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and maintain automated test frameworks for instrument and system-level testing
Create reusable test libraries, device interfaces, and protocol utilities across platforms
Contribute to system and product test strategies emphasizing automation and scalability
Partner with development teams during design to enhance testability and observability

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical discipline
3+ years software development, test automation, or verification experience
Proficiency with scripting languages (Python, C#, C++, Java, or equivalent)
Experience with Git, CI/CD systems, and modern software development practices
Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools

Compensation: $80,000 - $105,000 base, plus eligibility for bonus/incentive pay
