What You’ll Do :

• Lead a portfolio of business and individual clients, providing proactive guidance on tax, accounting, and financial matters throughout the year
• Oversee engagement planning, delegation, and quality review while helping ensure projects are completed efficiently and accurately
• Coach and develop staff accountants through technical guidance, constructive feedback, and day-to-day mentorship
• Collaborate with partners on complex client matters, firm initiatives, and opportunities to expand client relationships and advisory services
• Help drive the firm's continued growth by strengthening client partnerships, improving workflows, and contributing to future leadership succession

Qualifications & Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 4+ years of public accounting experience
• Active CPA
• Experience reviewing work, managing client engagements, and mentoring accounting staff
• Strong background in tax with exposure to audit or assurance engagements highly preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
