Technical Program Manager - Physical AI Lab

Job Title: Technical Program Manager Physical AI Lab
Location: Boston, MA
Type: Onsite
A frontier AI organization is building a brand-new physical AI lab in Boston and needs a technically grounded TPM to own the program from day one. You'll build the program infrastructure from scratch, manage a live dependency map across hardware and engineering workstreams, and keep a fast-moving team aligned without adding bureaucratic drag.
Must-Have
- Bachelor's in Engineering, CS, or related technical field
- 7+ years TPM experience; 3+ years in hardware, physical systems, or robotics programs
- Enough technical depth to hold your own in a hardware design review
- Track record of building PM structure from scratch in greenfield/ambiguous environments
- Strong communicator - risk registers, status updates, decision memos
- Full-time onsite in Boston, MA - no exceptions
Nice-to-Have
- Background in physical AI, robotics, autonomous systems, or advanced hardware R&D
- Exposure to NPI, EVT/DVT/PVT hardware lifecycles
- Agile adapted for hardware environments
- Prior experience at a hyperscaler or frontier AI lab
