Benefits: Health, dental, and vision benefits after one year of employment Ongoing training and development opportunities Employee recognition and rewards programs Career advancement opportunities Assistant Manager Responsibilities: Act as Manager-on-Duty and support the General Manager in daily operations Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and scheduling team members Ensure compliance with Domino's brand standards and company policies Deliver exceptional product quality and customer service Support sales growth and profitability by helping manage food and labor costs Maintain health, safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards Foster a positive, productive, and professional team environment Serve as a coach and mentor to team members across all store positions Build strong relationships with customers and members of the local community Handle cash management, reconciliation, and operational reporting Assist with inventory management and product control Support local store marketing and promotional initiatives Minimum Requirements and Expectations: An exceptional attitude and positive approach to leadership Strong integrity, honesty, and professionalism Reliable attendance and punctuality Must be 18 years of age or older Valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and liability insurance Reliable transportation Ability to train, motivate, and engage team members effectively Ability to successfully complete a background check and motor vehicle record review Experience with inventory management, labor controls, and basic computer systems Ability to create and manage employee schedules efficiently Strong mathematical skills and ability to perform basic calculations accurately Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills Ability to use computer systems, keyboards, and touch-screen technology Experience using or learning proprietary systems such as PULSE and PWR Ability to understand, follow, and communicate written instructions Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Near and mid-range vision required for most in-store tasks Depth perception and attention to detail Ability to distinguish between hot and cold surfaces Ability to direct activities, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively under pressure Ability to stand for extended periods throughout a scheduled shift If you're looking to build a rewarding career with Domino's, enjoy leading others, and are committed to operational excellence, we encourage you to join our team and grow with us. #J-18808-Ljbffr Landed
