Administer prescribed medications and document doses accurately in the electronic health record per policy and nursing standards. Monitor vital signs, assess changes in condition, respond to deviations, and report findings to the supervising RN for ongoing care planning. Assist with activities of daily living (nutrition support, mobility, hygiene) and perform routine nursing tasks such as wound care assistance and dressing changes within scope. Maintain accurate, complete documentation in the electronic health record; collaborate with the care team to implement and adjust individualized care plans. Requirements Active Montana LPN license in good standing Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program Experience in long‑term care or skilled nursing settings preferred Ability to work night shifts (12‑hour shifts) with flexibility to cover additional shifts if needed Willingness to travel for a temporary assignment; valid driver’s license and transportation may be required Ability to meet standard onboarding requirements, including background check and health screening, as part of onboarding.
