Social Content & Art Direction Lead

We’re partnering with a leading retail organization to identify a Social Content & Art Direction Lead who can drive impactful, social-first creative across key campaigns and seasonal initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of creative direction, content production, and brand strategy —leading the development of engaging social content across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest. Key responsibilities include: Leading the creative direction and execution of social-first campaigns Directing photo and video shoots, including lighting, composition, and on-set production Managing and mentoring a team of content creators and driving best-in-class output Partnering cross-functionally with styling, production, and marketing teams Contributing to campaign planning and supporting executive-level presentations We’re seeking a candidate who brings a strong foundation in Art Direction, social content strategy, and hands-on production , along with experience in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or similar platforms .
