Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

We are seeking a full-time OB/GYN Physician interested in practicing in a full-scope role within a mission-driven FQHC environment. This position offers a balanced mix of outpatient care, inpatient obstetrics, and surgical gynecology, with flexibility to provide coverage across multiple sites within the Suffolk region as needed.

Practice Highlights

• Full-time, full-scope OB/GYN role
• Flexibility to work across multiple Suffolk region sites
• Combination of outpatient clinic, inpatient obstetrics, and surgical gynecology
• Inpatient and ambulatory GYN surgeries performed
• Access to DaVinci robotic surgery at the hospital
• Obstetric deliveries performed at South Shore Hospital
• Dedicated surgical day: one day per month
• Structured call schedule supporting work-life balance

Call & Scheduling Details

• OB Call: One call night per week with a post-call day off
• Weekends: One in four weekend calls
• Clinic Schedule: Three days per week in the office
• Call pool supported by multiple OB providers

Clinical Team Model

• Advanced Practice Providers (WHNPs/CNMs) function as independent clinicians
• APPs maintain their own outpatient patient panels
• No APP involvement in hospital coverage or deliveries
• Physicians focus on physician-led obstetrics, surgery, and clinic care

Requirements

• MD or DO with Board Eligibility or Board Certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Interest in full-scope practice, including deliveries and GYN surgery
• Comfort working in both ambulatory and inpatient settings
• Willingness to provide coverage across sites in the Suffolk region
• Commitment to community-based, mission-driven care
