Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a detail-oriented Quality Technician in Pendergrass . In this hands-on and fast-paced role, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality production startups, and playing a key role in the launch of precision plastic components . In a Quality Startup Technician job you’ll be responsible for:

• Performing first-article inspections and quality checks at the start of each production run

• Identifying and reporting quality concerns to the appropriate teams

• Documenting startup quality data and maintaining inspection records

What you’ll need:

• Experience in plastic injection molding quality or production startup roles

• Proficiency using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• 7pm-7am or 7am-7pm Continental Shift
• $21.40 (day) or $22.40 (nights)
