The Car Wash / Oil Change Technician plays a vital role in maintaining vehicle performance and appearance by providing expert oil changes and thorough car wash services. This technician works independently or within a small team to service a diverse range of passenger cars, trucks, and SUVs using specialized automated equipment and digital maintenance software. The role emphasizes quality inspection, customer service, and equipment upkeep to ensure high standards and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes efficiently and accurately on various vehicles
• Operate and maintain automated car wash systems and related equipment
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure service standards are met
• Provide excellent customer service and address client needs
• Collaborate with a small team to maintain workflow and service quality

• Knowledge of automotive maintenance and oil change procedures
• Strong customer service skills - communicates effectively with others
• Effective time management and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others
• Mathematics – calculating service costs and counting change
