The Opportunity

As Clinic Manager, you'll combine patient care with leadership responsibilities, including:

• Leading and mentoring a team of clinicians
• Fostering a positive, patient-centered clinic culture
• Supporting operational excellence and clinical quality
• Treating a diverse outpatient orthopedic population
• Partnering with front office staff and leadership
• Participating in community outreach and relationship building

Compensation

Base Salary: $95,000–$110,000+

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT preferred)
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
• Outpatient orthopedic experience required
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient care while developing others
