Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the US go-to-market strategy.
- Build relationships with major retailers, distributors, and key partners.
- Drive retail expansion and commercial growth.
- Own the US P&L and business performance.
- Build and lead the US team as the business scales.
- Partner closely with the founders on long-term strategy.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading or scaling a high-growth consumer products business.
- Strong background in CPG, ideally within food or beverage.
- Experience launching and growing brands through retail channels.
- Confident engaging with major retailers and commercial partners.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to building businesses.
