System Application Engineer I

Schneider Electric has an outstanding opportunity for a passionate individual to assume the role of System Application Engineer in our Columbia, MD location. What will you do? Programming building automation system controllers and HVAC systems Entering database information as well as setting up controllers and computers Creating graphics for web page designs and menus among other projects/tasks Assignments/projects will be in office and on construction sites What skills and capabilities will make you successful? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Programming knowledge/skills required Knowledge of electrical principles Control systems/HVAC systems knowledge a plus (but not required) Compensation For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $70,000 - $75,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
