We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist in Toms River, NJ, offering a competitive salary of $100,000–$120,000 per year plus a signing bonus and comprehensive benefits from day one. This opportunity welcomes both new graduates and experienced therapists, providing structured mentorship through an HSS-powered Orthopedic Residency Program and fostering professional growth with a clear path for clinical and leadership advancement.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized rehabilitation goals and treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy to outpatient orthopedic and rehabilitation patients
• Treat a variety of orthopedic, sports, neurological, vestibular, and rehabilitation conditions
• Collaborate with Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, Occupational Therapists, and other healthcare providers
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in monthly team meetings and support clinic improvement initiatives
• Continue developing clinical skills through education, mentorship, and company programs
• Maintain a patient-centered approach while delivering high-quality care

 

Required Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license
• New graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are welcome
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 

Salary: $100,000–$120,000/year + Signing Bonus
