Sr. Financial Analyst

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $60.00 to $70.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare quarterly supporting schedules and deliverables for investor relations and external auditors.
• Review and analyze cause-of-change reports and supporting schedules for assigned segments.
• Coordinate and participate in quarterly close meetings with segment teams to ensure timely reporting.
• Prepare and analyze various financial statement footnote disclosures for accuracy and compliance.
• Lead and execute ad hoc analyses and support process improvement initiatives across finance functions.

• Demonstrate proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions for financial analysis and reporting.
• Utilize SAP and Oracle EPM Cloud systems effectively; experience with PowerBI and Tableau is a plus.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret financial data and trends.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams during close and reporting cycles.
• Manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate work under tight deadlines.

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis or accounting roles.
• Show familiarity with external reporting requirements and preparation of earnings releases.
• Exhibit experience with consolidation, variance analysis, and preparation of management reporting packages.
• Display excellent attention to detail and ability to work effectively with large data sets.
