We are hiring an Entry Level Sales Consultant to join our Boston-area retail promotions team. In this role, you’ll work face-to-face with customers inside established retail locations , representing energy services and helping customers understand available plans, promotions, and options.

This is a great opportunity for someone coming from retail, hospitality, customer service, athletics, or another people-focused environment who wants to break into professional sales.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with customers face-to-face inside retail locations
• Represent and promote energy services and current offers
• Ask questions to understand each customer’s needs
• Explain available services, pricing, and promotions clearly
• Help interested customers complete the enrollment process
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Maintain a professional and positive customer experience
• Develop skills in sales, communication, negotiation, and customer acquisition

Compensation

This position provides a base salary, with the opportunity to increase your total earnings through:

• Performance-based bonuses
• Sales commission
• Additional performance incentives
