Job Title: Clean Room Technician

Job Description

The Clean Room Technician maintains a safe, organized, and contamination-free warehouse environment by performing detailed cleaning tasks, operating chemical processes and machinery, and handling materials that require regular lifting and careful attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the clean room and surrounding warehouse areas to ensure a safe, orderly, and contamination-free environment.
• Handle and operate chemicals in accordance with established safety procedures and guidelines.
• Operate warehouse machinery and equipment efficiently and safely.
• Lift, move, and position materials and products weighing up to 55 lbs as part of daily tasks.
• Monitor equipment and processes to identify issues and perform basic troubleshooting when needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and use appropriate protective measures while working with chemicals and machinery.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail when cleaning, operating equipment, and handling materials.
• Support general warehouse operations as needed to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.

Essential Skills

• Ability to lift and safely handle items weighing up to 55 lbs on a regular basis.
• Experience working in a warehouse or similar industrial environment.
• Basic machine operation skills in a warehouse or production setting.
• Ability to operate and work safely with chemicals following established procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve basic equipment or process issues.
• Excellent attention to detail in cleaning, material handling, and equipment operation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Comfort working in a structured clean room or controlled warehouse environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adhere to safety and cleanliness standards.
• Reliability and consistency in completing assigned tasks and maintaining a clean workspace.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes, equipment, and safety procedures.

Work Environment

This role is based in a warehouse setting that includes a clean room area and chemical operations. The environment involves working around machinery, handling materials, and following strict cleanliness and safety standards. Team members work on their feet for extended periods, regularly lift items up to 55 lbs, and follow established procedures to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workspace. Appropriate work attire is practical and suitable for an industrial warehouse environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LEBANON, OH.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
