Job Type: Remote / In-Office Hybrid Compensation: $18, 000 Annual Base + 60% Commission + Performance Bonuses Employment: Full-time This is a career development opportunity for someone who wants more than a traditional insurance sales role. You will work directly with an experienced agency owner to learn insurance sales, agency operations, and leadership. The intent of this role is to prepare high performers to pursue agency ownership opportunities after one year.
