A growing real estate investment platform in NJ is looking to add an Investment Associate to support acquisitions, underwriting, asset management, and development initiatives.
The role offers exposure across the full investment lifecycle and is a fit for candidates coming from real estate investment banking, acquisitions, underwriting, REPE, or advisory backgrounds with strong financial modeling skills.
Looking for:
- 3–6 years of relevant real estate experience
- Advanced Excel / modeling capabilities
- Interest in acquisitions and investment analysis
