Orangetheory Fitness is looking for a dependable, personable, and energetic Member Experience Specialist to join our studio team.

As one of the first people members and guests interact with, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and high-energy studio experience. The ideal candidate enjoys connecting with people, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and understands that exceptional service is built through consistency, attention to detail, and genuine relationships.

This position combines hospitality, sales, member support, and daily studio operations. We are looking for someone who is reliable, confident, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism
• Check members into classes and assist with reservations and account questions
• Build meaningful relationships with members and create a sense of community
• Answer phone calls, text messages, emails, and general studio inquiries
• Provide studio tours and explain the Orangetheory workout experience
• Guide prospective members through their first visit
• Present membership options and confidently ask for the sale
• Follow up with leads, former members, and prospective clients
• Process membership, retail, and other studio transactions accurately
• Address member questions and concerns professionally
• Maintain accurate member records and account information
• Support studio events, promotions, and community outreach
• Work closely with coaches and studio leadership
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentation-ready front desk, lobby, and studio
• Complete opening, closing, and administrative duties as assigned

Previous experience in hospitality, fitness, sales, retail, healthcare, or customer service is preferred but not required.
