Leadership & Mentorship: Manage and develop DVM team through performance discussions, coaching, and promoting teamwork and retention. Medical Excellence: Set high standards for clinical quality, client service, and efficiency while practicing as an associate veterinarian and achieving personal production goals. Hospital Performance: Collaborate with leadership to develop operational plans, oversee financial performance, and ensure regulatory compliance. Growth & Development: Lead medical meetings, supervise externship and mentorship programs, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and recruitment. Community Engagement: Represent the hospital through outreach at schools, universities, and local events, strengthening community ties. Qualifications & Skills: DVM degree, valid license, minimum 4 years clinical experience, servant leadership mindset, excellent communication, willingness to learn hospital management, proficiency in computer skills, and enthusiasm for growth-oriented culture.
