Position: Construction Project Manager IV. The role supports a federal modernization construction project, providing on‑site PM/CM support throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities Support a high‑profile, multi‑year project managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and change management. Coordinate with AECOM staff and specialty inspectors; provide technical quality review and oversight of I/QAM work. Lead the integrated collaborative team supporting the owner’s interests, ensuring compliance with federal and local government requirements. Develop and control budgets and funding strategies. Schedule and coordinate project interactions among existing and occupied facilities. Manage interdisciplinary teams of professionals and supporting labor categories. Integrate competing elements into planning and execution to keep project requirements on track. Apply familiarity with federal and local government office building projects, procedural and approval requirements. Qualifications Minimum Requirements BA/BS + 6 years of relevant experience or equivalent. Valid U.S. driver’s license. Drug test required. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field. 15+ years of experience managing complex, multi‑year projects. Professional Engineering certification, license, or architectural registration. Proven experience in similar federal and government projects. Knowledge of planning and procurement, design, construction, close‑out, and warranty phases. Strong understanding of federal contract administration, procurement regulations and codes. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and project management/ procurement software (e.g., BIM, Procore, Bluebeam). Valid driver’s license and U.S. passport preferred for border crossing activities. Certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus.
