Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 10 years as a professional umpire and later worked with several insurance agents, gaining valuable experience before starting my own agency. I’m a graduate of Kansas State University and a proud parent of five daughters and grandparent to six. Family is a big part of my life, and that carries into how I build and support our team. We stay involved in the community by supporting local causes and donating to golf tournaments and events around town. ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Chris Taylor - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail‑oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Compensation $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm.
