Sales Operations Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected residential homebuilder to identify a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead its sales team in the Albuquerque market. This leadership opportunity is ideal for someone who excels at coaching teams, driving revenue growth, and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the homebuying journey. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Consultants to achieve and exceed sales goals. Develop and execute sales strategies that increase traffic, conversion rates, and overall revenue. Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity, and key performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth. Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and community partners. Oversee the full sales process from lead generation through contract execution and closing. Ensure model homes and communities are presented to the highest standards. Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor new sales professionals. Partner with marketing, construction, and leadership teams to support company objectives. Maintain an in-depth understanding of market conditions, pricing trends, and competitive activity. Qualifications Required 5+ years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and driving team performance. Strong understanding of residential real estate, homebuilding, or related sales environments. Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Experience utilizing CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to analyze data, monitor KPIs, and make strategic business recommendations. Preferred Active New Mexico real estate license or ability to obtain one. Established relationships within the Albuquerque real estate community.
