You will assess mobility limitations, pain management issues, and functional challenges, developing specific strategies to enhance physical abilities and promote independence. By providing care in their homes, you can address not only the physical aspects of therapy but also the emotional and social factors that contribute to recovery.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is required.Current physical therapy license in the State of Florida.Current CPR certification is mandatory at the time of hire.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients and families.Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while maintaining professionalism and a friendly demeanor.Outstanding organizational and analytical skills, with a strong focus on prioritizing and tracking patient progress.A team-oriented mindset that supports collaborative care and shared decision-making.Basic computer proficiency for documentation and communication purposes.Preferred ExperienceA minimum of 2 years of experience in a physical therapy role, preferably within home health or outpatient settings.Experience working as part of an interdisciplinary team, particularly in a home care environment.Familiarity with patient management software systems is a plus, helping to streamline documentation and patient care tracking.Compensation and BenefitsThe Physical Therapist position offers a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 and 110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
