Early Learning Readiness Specialist

The main function of the Early Learning Readiness facilitator position is to support school readiness by guiding caregivers in interactive play-based learning activities and modeling positive child development strategies. The facilitator prepares session materials, leads group activities, supports family engagement, and ensures a safe and inclusive space where all participants feel supported.
