Kirkwood Animal Hospital is currently looking for a team oriented, flexible, collaborative Veterinarian to join our hospital team. Why not consider a change? Annual compensation is commensurate with experience and depends on schedule . We pay our associate veterinarians based on a Base + Production compensation method that allows for diligent work ethic to be rewarded consistently ranging from $165,000-$200,000 base pay (negotiable and DOE) with 22% production, sign on bonuses and more! As part of our hospital team, your patients will be cared for by our experienced and supportive veterinary technicians and staff allowing you to focus on your patient's wellness or medical plans. As an Associate Veterinarian, you will have access to all the tools needed to care for the pets that come through our doors. Equipment like digital radiology, ultrasound, full in-house laboratory, anesthesia monitoring equipment and access to boarded orthopedic surgical services and radiology will be at your disposal. We are a unique hybrid hospital seeing a strong mix of General Practice cases as well as Urgent Care and ER! We have a deeply rooted desire to take care of every patient in our community “family”. It is common to see same day appointments plus urgent care cases and we pride ourselves on being accessible to our clients! Whether it is a severely upset stomach causing vomiting/diarrhea, itchy skin or a bloated pet where we come to find out there is a stomach blockage requiring immediate surgery – we try to be there for our clients! Our team takes great pride in servicing the community 5 days/week.
