Overview Davies Risk Services is seeking Independent Contractors to perform insurance property surveys. This role involves surveying both residential and commercial properties, taking photos, collecting property details and overall conditions, and providing timely reports submitted online. Responsibilities Conduct property surveys for insured properties (residential and commercial). Take photos and document property details and condition. Prepare and submit survey reports online with attachments via the designated system. Qualifications Reliable car to travel to inspections. Microsoft Windows 10 or newer computer. Smartphone or digital camera, reliable home internet access. Basic computer and communication skills.
