LPN or Med Aide - Hospice - Full-Time Nights

Role Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Med Aide (MA) providing patient-centered hospice care in a home setting. Responsibilities Implement and evaluate care for stable patients of all ages, focusing on comfort, symptom management, and dignity. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support emotional comfort and safety. Administer treatments and medications, perform assessments, and interpret patient data. Ensure a safe, supportive environment by applying safety principles specific to home care. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program with an active LPN license. Knowledge of nursing principles, medication effects, safety precautions, and patient education. Preferred: One year of professional nursing experience; IV therapy skills (if required in the state). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Possession of a valid driver’s license may be required. Key Duties & Conditions Work closely with a team in a flexible, self-scheduling environment.
