Job Duties Set up dining areas with attention to cleanliness and order Prepare meals under the direction of dietary manager and cook Deliver dishes and trays at designated times and rooms Take down dining areas and collect plates, glasses, dishes, trash, etc. Discard leftovers and take out garbage Clean food preparation areas, kitchen, dishes, and equipment Clean other others of facility as directed Stock ingredients and monitor, food, beverage, and equipment/supplies inventory as directed Ensure that food is provided to residents consistent with orders or diet instructions Communicate and interact effectively with residents, visitors, families, staff, and supervisors Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Referral program Professional development assistance Qualifications Required Education and Experience High school diploma or GED Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions Food Handler certification pursuant to requirements by the State (ServeSafe Certification preferred) Customer service experience Paradigm Healthcare was founded on the belief that by empowering each other, we can achieve more and provide better care to every patient we serve.
