Loss Prevention Coordinator II

The LP Operations Coordinator II drives continuous improvement by focusing on elevated service and communication levels throughout the LP systems and programs, including service processes, LP program engagement, supplier management and store environment. This role is responsible for continuous improvement and development of reporting tools that support LP owned processes by utilizing Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, Salesforce or other available and assigned toolsets. The role will maintain support aspects of Loss Prevention related projects and assignments for service and repair, store environment and solution enhancements, LP Awareness and similar shrink mitigation programs and related business solutions. The LP Operations Coordinator II tasks will incorporate work from planning through project completion to support the operational elements and installation of cameras, alarms, EAS/merchandise preservation equipment and contribute to core LP program content and reporting. Duties General LP Responsibilities Work with LP solution vendors to track service tickets, support needs and project component delivery and installation Work with internal project teams (i.e.: Technology, Facilities, Operations and others) to track completion of support elements for LP service, repair and installation projects Ensure changes are communicated to and executed within stores on time for specified project Support development and delivery of key program and process training materials for end users Support maintenance of LP SharePoint (DSGN-LP and LP Hub) page contents, as assigned Maintain and manage personal work and assigned tasks via LP project manager tool/software Reporting And Communication Responsibilities Collaborate, support development of and leverage new reporting to deliver improved service levels, communication, and first-time resolution to stores. Identify areas of process improvement and offer proactive resolution strategies. Develop and maintain service and provider tracking to identify trends as it relates to system failures and services by location, vendor, system or root cause to allow for changes as needed to reduce occurrences Maintain standard and recurring reporting as scheduled to support escalation of aging or unresolved store system work orders Support, as assigned, alarm permits and false alarm tracking process, to include processing permits, renewals, invoices and fines to ensure payment and compliance Identify solutions and assist in resolution of ad-hoc business issues and projects New/Remodel Store Projects - As assigned Alarm system data collection for new store account set up, to include pre-open properties New store key/core planning, order approval and confirmation Specific store drawing reviews & approvals for LP systems; to include online designs library for each store as built Qualifications 2 years of Loss Prevention, customer or technical service desk experience, or related retail experience 1 or more years of project oversight or coordination experience Preferred skills include: Basic knowledge of critical physical security systems (i.e.: alarms, EAS) and online tools that support Familiarity with retail/commercial camera systems Understanding of general Loss Prevention processes and protection strategies A demonstrated knowledge of internal and external theft issues Understanding of retail policy and procedures Proficiency with Power BI Proficiency with Alteryx Experience using Salesforce based platforms Compensation $17.73 - 23.65/hr W-2 Req ID 3446-1 #J-18808-Ljbffr Cypress HCM
