Experienced Freight Broker (Book of Business Preferred) Immensity Logistics LLC Indianapolis, Indiana (In‑Office) Immensity Logistics is a fast‑growing freight brokerage seeking a motivated and experienced Freight Broker to join our Indianapolis office. If you have strong customer relationships, a proven track record in freight brokerage, and are ready to grow with a company that provides full operational support, we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities Develop and manage your own customer portfolio. Build and maintain long‑term shipper relationships. Negotiate rates with customers and carriers. Coordinate shipments from pickup to delivery. Work closely with our operations team to ensure excellent customer service. Grow monthly gross margin through new and existing business. Existing customer relationships or a book of business is highly preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented. Ability to work in our Indianapolis office. Experience with DAT, Truckstop, or other freight platforms is a plus.
