Usability Researcher
Virtual Vocations Inc
Working remotely on a temporary basis, the Usability Researcher will create and implement research plans to assess user needs and journeys, synthesize insights for product strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience. Key responsibilities Create and drive research plans and roadmaps aligned with business needs Apply diverse research methods to execute studies and guide multi-person research efforts Synthesize data into actionable insights and communicate findings to inform design and engineering processes Required qualifications Master's or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with corresponding years of User Experience Research experience 1+ year(s) relevant domain experience within the technology sector Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods Strong analytical thinking and data analysis skills Experience in collaborative innovation and stakeholder management Virtual Vocations Inc
