Software Engineering Manager

Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of best practices in architecture, DevOps, and Agile
- Mentor senior developers and developers to grow leadership capacity
- Report on team performance, velocity, and business impact
- Ensure consistent delivery aligned with roadmap and KPIs
- Shape engineering culture, hiring strategy, and technical vision
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders on roadmaps and priorities
- Drive innovation, system scalability, and engineering excellence
- Ensure budget and resource allocation align with strategic objectives
- Represent engineering in cross-functional leadership forums
- Regularly manage costs and reduce where possible
- Push for the widespread use of new tools, technologies and methodologies to increase productivity
Technical requirements
- Angular
- C#
- SQL
- Experience with REST APIs
- Experience with AI-assisted tools
